Bookings will be confirmed when a non-refundable deposit payment of 25% of the rental price has cleared. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday.
For bookings made within 6 weeks of the commencement of the holiday, full payment is required.
If you cancel your holiday within 6 weeks of the commencement date, every effort will be made to re-let the property. If successful, the balance payment will be refunded. You are advised to seek insurance against this event.
COTTAGE AND PROPERTY
The Cottage is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 9.30 am on departure day.
Ty Canol is furnished and let for the maximum number of people specified (six). This must not be exceeded.
We operate a strict no smoking policy inside the cottage.
Power, central heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. We have an abundance of locally sourced logs ready for those cozy nights in front of the fire.
All personal belongings are left at owners risk.
Guests are fully responsible for the cottage during their stay. Please take care with the property and report any damage or breakage’s to the owner a.s.a.p, so that replacements or repairs can be carried out ready for our next guests.
Guests are liable for any loss incurred to the property or its contents.
As you know we love dogs but there a few rules at the cottage. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or upstairs in the property. Please make sure you have cleaned up after them before you leave including bagging up any poo and hovering up any hairs. Dogs are not permitted to be left in the cottage unattended. Helping us keep the cottage clean and tidy will ensure that we can continue welcoming back furry friends for years to come. Please bring your own pet basket and bowls.
Guests will be liable for any damage caused by pets or for additional cleaning required, and will be invoiced for any such cost’s incurred.
We can cater for up to two dogs at no extra charge. If you would like to bring more than 2 dogs please contact us.
Every effort has been made to ensure you have an enjoyable holiday, if however, you have cause for complaint please contact us immediately if any problems arise so they can be speedily resolved. We also value your feedback and are always keen to make improvements to better our guests stay. Please let us know your suggestions.
On receipt of your holiday deposit you have agreed to accept these terms and conditions.
We appreciate that in these uncertain times you might be apprehensive about booking a holiday in the current climate. If you are in an area that is locked down and you are unable to travel or if the cottage is in lockdown we will offer you an alternative date for future travel or a full refund.
